About Me 🌹
Growing up in Torrance I often spent the day in the encapsulation of greenery behind my parents' garage, inhaling chlorophyll and waiting for animals and insects to come up to me. Intuitive and sensitive, I naturally favored nature's unconditional love. Over time, societal pressures led me to leave my childhood home and immerse myself in studying Electrical Engineering, neglecting the magic of life in the process. In 2015, I was introduced to the idea of animal caretaking as a profession and started working for Rover - an animal siting & walking app. After graduating from UC Davis in 2019 and free to do as I please, I started to remember parts of me once bullied and shamed, appreciating my vulnerability and innate magic in the process. In 2022, I returned to Southern California and founded my own animal wellness business, creatively expanding my love for animals. Every day, within and beyond my business, I reaffirm my devotion to openness, trust, and intentional connection to life.
How experienced am I as a pet sitter and animal caretaker?
I've been professionally caring for animals since 2015 and often draw from my earliest childhood experiences. From senior dogs needing multiple medications and injections to pets struggling with various anxieties and physical abilities, I've encountered a wide range of situations that underscore the uniqueness of each animal. With CPR certification, bonding, insurance and a whole lot of bravery, I remain committed to continual learning and adaptability.

While you're away, I will live in your home as if it's my own, guaranteeing your babes will never be alone for more than 4 hours a day. In-home pet sitting includes feeding, playing, and daily walks. Field Trips - 2 hours of exercise and adventure suitable for all dogs, cats, and small animals! I pick em up and drop em off. For these trips I keep water and a medical kit on me at all times. I will usually take them hiking or to the beach but check out my personal list of approved destinations if you're lookin for a hot-spot! (unfortunate dog joke) ..
In addition to curated field trips, I offer transportation to the groomer, vet, trainer, or anywhere else your companion need's to go!
Cuddles - Gone for a couple of hours and need in-home pet sitting? This option is ideal for those of you with stuff to do during the day and need a professional companion for your companion. A daily drop-in offers your pet some loving, monitoring and a beloved pee break.
Do I offer general animal transport?
Yes I do! I offer ground transport to wherever your dog/cat/small animal needs to go. Rates start at $25 for local transport. For longer trips I charge $1.20 per mile plus total cost of gas used.
Do I offer sliding scale rates for my services?
I certainly do - sharing what I create and expanding it outward is important to me. You'll find these rates in the Services section on the Home page. A sliding scale rate is about what you can afford access to rather than what you would prefer or think you should pay. As quoted in the article Self Selecting On Sliding Scale, "a good rule of thumb is to always book at the top of what you CAN (and whatever that is, is ok)".
